Masafi is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design and manage competitive pay structures, employee benefits, and payroll operations. The role involves conducting benchmarking studies, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting employee engagement through effective compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, HRIS expertise, and a proven track record in C&B management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and manage compensation frameworks including salary structures, pay bands, and job evaluations.

• Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and pay equity analyses.

• Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.

• Provide guidance to managers on compensation decisions, promotions, and mobility.

• Support annual reviews including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to vendor-managed benefit offerings.

• Create communication materials to educate employees on compensation and benefits.

• Drive process improvements and HRIS system enhancements.

• Oversee payroll management to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, benefits administration, and tax implications.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
