Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for the Middle East region. The role involves payroll management, compensation program development, benefits administration, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with HRBPs and finance teams to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Payroll Management

Verify payroll variables (monthly, term, annual) based on targets achieved.

Maintain records of payroll elements, deductions, and adjustments.

Coordinate with the accounting team for payroll processing and closing.
-
Calculate headcount (HC), full-time equivalent (FTE), and staff costs including accruals.

Submit monthly and annual payroll reports to the central team.
✅ Compensation Program Management

Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure fair compensation.

Analyze market trends to recommend adjustments to compensation programs.

Develop and maintain salary ranges and guidelines.

Support HRBPs on compensation proposals and provide guidance on budget deviations.
✅ Benefits Administration

Manage employee benefits programs including health and life insurance.

Evaluate and suggest improvements based on employee needs and industry trends.

Communicate benefits information and address employee queries.
✅ Budgeting & Reporting

Assist in staff cost budgeting and monitoring.

Track and analyze staff cost expenses.

Prepare detailed compensation and benefits reports.
✅ Compliance & Policy Development

Ensure labor law compliance regarding compensation and benefits.

Develop and update company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
🎓 Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Accounting.

Experience in Compensation & Benefits, including payroll processing.
📊 Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office Suite.

Knowledge of GCC labor laws is a plus.
