Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and skilled Company Driver with 1 to 3 years of professional driving experience to safely transport employees and guests across Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure punctuality, maintain vehicle upkeep, and adhere to all traffic regulations while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees and guests to various locations, strictly following traffic laws and company policies.

• Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues immediately to ensure safety and reliability.

• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and incident reports.

• Exhibit professionalism and courtesy when interacting with passengers and other road users.

• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time, considering traffic and weather conditions.

• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable inside and out to reflect the company’s standards.

• Manage fuel purchases and track vehicle expenses, submitting timely reports as required.

• Stay informed on local traffic laws and road conditions to drive safely and efficiently.

• Be flexible to handle on-call duties and emergency schedules as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Intermediate school education or equivalent; additional training in automotive technology is an advantage.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; defensive driving certification is preferred.

• Strong navigation skills using GPS and traditional maps, with excellent geographical awareness.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor repairs.

• Calm and quick decision-maker under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with passengers and staff.

• Physically fit to handle long hours of driving and occasional lifting of heavy items.

• Committed to safety for self and passengers at all times.
