Regus is seeking an experienced Community Sales Manager to join their team and manage the day-to-day operations of their business centre in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on increasing sales and revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service. You’ll motivate your team to foster a great working environment, helping to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role offers an opportunity to manage a team, promote Regus products and services, and develop strong relationships with clients, all while creating a positive and dynamic workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the business centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Increase sales and revenue by promoting Regus products and services to new and existing customers.

Motivate your team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming, productive environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.

Coordinate move-ins for large companies, ensuring all logistics, keys, badges, and welcome kits are prepared.

Host networking events and engage with customers to generate leads and foster business relationships.

Lead team meetings and collaborate with other Community Sales Managers to share insights and best practices.

Address and resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring fast and effective problem-solving.
Skills and Attributes for Success:

Strong communication skills with experience dealing with customers, ideally in the hospitality or events industry.
