Regus is seeking an experienced Community Sales Manager to join their team and manage the day-to-day operations of their business centre in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on increasing sales and revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service. You’ll motivate your team to foster a great working environment, helping to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role offers an opportunity to manage a team, promote Regus products and services, and develop strong relationships with clients, all while creating a positive and dynamic workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the business centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Increase sales and revenue by promoting Regus products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Motivate your team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming, productive environment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.

  • Coordinate move-ins for large companies, ensuring all logistics, keys, badges, and welcome kits are prepared.

  • Host networking events and engage with customers to generate leads and foster business relationships.

  • Lead team meetings and collaborate with other Community Sales Managers to share insights and best practices.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring fast and effective problem-solving.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Strong communication skills with experience dealing with customers, ideally in the hospitality or events industry.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, with a focus on service excellence.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.

  • Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT packages.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing operations, sales, and customer service, ideally in a flexible workspace or hospitality setting.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
