Community Officer | Emirates Properties Group

Emirates Properties Group is seeking a Community Officer to act as the primary liaison between HOAM Community Managers and property owners. The role ensures high owner satisfaction with hard and soft services, oversees community operations, and facilitates the timely collection of service charges.

This is an on-site, full-time role ideal for candidates with experience in property or community management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

Community Relations & Service Excellence:

  • Represent owners and tenants in meetings, ensuring inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.

  • Investigate and resolve complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.

  • Educate owners and tenants on community rules and regulations.

  • Liaise with local authorities and assist in Owners Committee (OC) management.

Financial Management & Service Charge Collection:

  • Execute timely collection of service charges for assigned communities.

  • Communicate any changes or issues related to service charges.

  • Participate in community budgeting and provide accurate supporting documentation.

Community Operations Oversight & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess asset conditions and service quality.

  • Monitor third-party service providers to ensure adherence to SLAs.

  • Provide feedback and coordinate with departments to address infrastructure or service issues.

Documentation, Compliance & Data Management:

  • Issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for community activities.

  • Maintain and update the owner database for communication and service charge collection.

  • Log customer complaints for timely monitoring and progress tracking.

  • Maintain incident and progress reports while ensuring confidentiality.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Prepare accurate departmental statements and reports.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvements.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (FM background preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community/property management or customer service.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Project management skills and understanding of SLAs.

  • Basic financial understanding.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Time management, priority setting, and organizational skills.
