Community Manager (Influencer Marketing)

The Giving Movement, a luxury fashion brand with a mission rooted in sustainability and social impact, is looking for a Community Manager (Influencer Marketing) to lead its influencer engagement and brand advocacy efforts. Based in Dubai, this full-time on-site role focuses on building and managing influencer relationships, organizing community events, and driving brand loyalty through creative and engaging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Engagement:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer engagement strategy.

  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with creators, ambassadors, and community managers.

  • Launch and grow community programs with organic reach, involving social and content teams.

  • Monitor community sentiment and feedback, sharing insights with internal teams.

  • Collaborate with PR, events, and brand partnerships for enhanced outreach.

Influencer Relations:

  • Onboard and engage new UGC influencers and ambassadors.

  • Maintain ongoing communication, send gifts, share updates, and invite them to exclusive events.

  • Oversee and support a small team managing the commission influencer program to boost ROI.

Events & Experiences:

  • Plan and execute brand experiences, creator meetups, and in-store pop-ups.

  • Partner with events and retail teams for immersive influencer activations.

  • Represent the brand at community-facing gatherings and collaborations.

Surprise & Delight:

  • Lead initiatives for thoughtful brand touches such as birthday gifts, festive giveaways, and exclusive invites.

  • Create impactful, memorable moments that strengthen influencer loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, events, or community management.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Deep understanding of the UAE influencer and social media landscape.

  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and socially conscious brands.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fashion or beauty industry experience.

  • Background in both online and offline brand engagement.

  • Existing relationships with regional creators and influencers.

  • Event planning and execution expertise.
