Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is looking for a Community Management Intern to support social media engagement, content creation, and customer support for their gaming community. This role offers hands-on experience in Live Operations, forum moderation, and player interactions, making it ideal for passionate gamers with a keen interest in community management and the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the gaming community on forums, Discord, and social media.

Monitor and moderate online discussions across multiple platforms.

Respond to player inquiries with clear and helpful information.

Collect and analyze player feedback to improve user experience.

Assist in planning and executing engagement events for the community.

Create social media content and manage community reports.
-
Support Twitch Livestream planning, scripting, and hosting.

Track and respond to store reviews and community concerns.

Stay updated with game features to assist players effectively.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Avid gamer with a passion for social/mobile games.
-
Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and market trends.
-
Familiarity with social networking platforms and forums.

Excellent customer service and communication skills (written & verbal).
-
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
-
Experience in Community Management or Customer Support is a plus.

PC gaming experience is an advantage.
Education & Location:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant training.

Based in Abu Dhabi.
