Community Management Expert

Miral Destinations is hiring a Community Management Expert to support its brands (including Miral Experiences and Miral Destinations Clients) by leading exceptional digital customer service and community engagement across major social platforms. This role involves not only being the brand voice online but also analyzing community sentiment and shaping strategy with data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

🌐 Community Engagement

  • Interact proactively and professionally on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Respond to messages and comments with creativity and in the brand’s tone of voice.

  • Engage with online communities and trending conversations to extend brand reach.

  • Stay updated on the latest platform trends to ensure relevance.

💬 Customer Service

  • Act as the first line of response to online customer inquiries and issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve complaints or feedback.

  • Set and exceed personal quality and response targets to uphold service excellence.

📈 Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor online sentiment and brand mentions using social media tools.

  • Analyze engagement and customer service metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.

  • Report regularly on KPIs and recommend actionable strategies to improve community engagement.

  • Support the Social Media Manager in evolving engagement strategies based on insights.


Requirements:

Essential

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably via social media.

  • Strong written English and/or Khaleej Arabic communication skills.

  • Computer-literate with the ability to work across multiple digital tools.

  • High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

🌟 Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years in Social Media Community Management.

  • Experience with tools like Sprinklr or similar social engagement platforms.

  • Deep familiarity with social media platform features and audience behavior.
