Position Overview:
We are seeking a Community Impact Manager (Volunteer) to coordinate and enhance the impact of our events, campaigns, and member engagement. This is a fully remote, part-time volunteer opportunity ideal for experienced professionals looking to contribute to mission-driven work with high-level leaders in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute IWBD events to ensure maximum visibility and community impact

• Manage the calendar of IWBD campaigns and organizational activities

• Support team efforts in maintaining strong communication and relationships with IWBD members

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to increase outreach and engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with senior leaders and building C-suite relationships

• Strategic thinker with a high attention to detail

• Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in the Middle East

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Based in the UAE, ideally in Dubai
