We One is hiring a Community Executive to manage and support the effective operation and administration of community-related services in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with over 5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative roles. The role involves close collaboration with facilities management, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance, budget control, and exceptional customer satisfaction across residential or commercial communities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing Master Community (MC) strategies and guidelines

Support in collecting annual service charges and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations

Coordinate with building managers, owners’ associations, and property owners to ensure legal and regulatory adherence

Prepare budgets and financial plans, manage invoicing and fee collections

Maintain and report on service charge status, audit data, and customer service KPIs
-
Liaise with legal for documentation such as addendums and novations
-
Conduct access control, site inspections, and property visits in coordination with FM teams
-
Support CRM system updates and client relationship documentation

Ensure timely service provider payments and contractor compliance with SLAs and KPIs
-
Meet with potential clients, explaining leasing conditions and services
-
Provide ongoing support to the department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, administration, or property management
-
Strong coordination, compliance, and communication skills

Familiarity with Dubai property laws, MC declarations, and RERA guidelines
