TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Community Coordinator for a 1-year full-time contract (extendable), based in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Facilities Coordination, who hold a UAE driving license and a personal vehicle. The position offers a competitive monthly salary between AED 6,500–7,500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee community or facility-related operations.

• Prepare and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports to Owners’ Committees and senior management.

• Develop high-quality presentations and analytical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure all reports meet company standards in accuracy, structure, and clarity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within medium to large organizations.

• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in community or facilities coordination is essential.
