Sidel, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Communication Manager MEA to drive strategic communications across the Middle East & Africa region. Based in Dubai, this permanent, full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced communicator passionate about brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and integrated communications. You’ll be a key contributor to Sidel’s mission of shaping the future of sustainable packaging through innovative communication initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated global communication programs aligned with business goals.

• Lead internal and external communications strategies to increase stakeholder engagement.

• Manage full project life cycles: planning, execution, and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.

• Identify and capitalize on cross-marketing opportunities with business leaders.

• Conduct market research and apply insights to craft effective communication strategies.

• Oversee partnerships with international agencies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective collaboration.

• Plan and execute impactful B2B events across the region.

• Ensure communication efforts meet defined KPIs and brand objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Strategic Communications, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience managing communications across diverse regions.

• Proven ability to lead in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and active listening.

• Experience in strategic event planning and execution.

• Experience in agency management and cost control.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with CRM tools and internal communication platforms.

• Availability for regional and international travel as needed.
