Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, part of the prestigious Luxury Collection by Marriott International, is currently hiring a Communication Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for hospitality professionals with strong communication and guest relations skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest check-ins, verifying guest information and payment, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing detailed property information. You will also be responsible for balancing financial reports, assisting with guest requests, and acting as a key support figure in guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Process guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism

Set up and manage guest accounts, ensuring Marriott Rewards and billing details are correctly entered

Ensure rate compliance and resolve exceptions
-
Manage all types of payments, issue receipts, balance transactions, and complete cashier reports
-
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
-
Serve as a point of contact for guest feedback, security issues, and incident reporting
-
Support management in coaching, evaluating, and training front office staff

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and ensure confidentiality and security of information

Use POS systems and hotel software to manage guest interactions
-
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards of Marriott International
Preferred Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
-
At least 1 year of related work experience in the hospitality industry
-
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-
Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset

Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as needed
