Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior waiting staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to high standards.

• Support the service team with food and beverage delivery.

• Engage courteously with guests and ensure needs are promptly met.

• Uphold COYA’s service standards with a positive and energetic attitude.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Friendly, attentive, and a strong team player.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for hospitality and enthusiasm to grow in the industry.

• High level of fluency in both spoken and written English.

• Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
