As a Commis III, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of food preparation and hygiene in our kitchen. You will work under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I to ensure the smooth operation of your section. Your duties will include preparing daily mis-en-place, supporting food production across various kitchen sections, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in line with hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in day-to-day kitchen operations.

• Follow instructions from superiors and adhere to hotel kitchen standards.

• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.

• Manage food stock levels and control food cost in your section.

• Support food preparation in different areas of the kitchen as needed.

• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

• Coordinate with other kitchen sections for cleanliness and efficiency.

• Minimize food wastage and help control operational costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional chef training or culinary certification.

• Previous experience in a reputable kitchen or hotel setting.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation and preservation.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
