About the Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Commis I & II – Pastry professionals to support daily pastry and bakery operations. The role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in the UAE F&B industry who are passionate about baking, quality, and teamwork. You will work closely with senior pastry chefs to deliver consistently high-quality desserts and baked goods in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and cook pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to standard recipes

• Assist senior pastry chefs with daily kitchen and bakery operations

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

• Maintain excellent product presentation and quality control

• Support ingredient preparation, inventory management, and stock rotation

• Minimize food wastage while continuously developing pastry skills

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE F&B industry

• Basic pastry and baking knowledge with relevant training

• Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
