Key Responsibilities:

Support chefs in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Ensure food production, preparation, and presentation align with quality standards.

Follow superiors’ instructions and coordinate tasks with the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen area.

Monitor food quality and assist in estimating daily production needs.

Operate kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions.

Preserve and store food items following food safety guidelines.

Participate in training programs to enhance culinary skills and service levels.

Contribute to developing restaurant concepts and uphold hotel service standards.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

High School Diploma or relevant culinary certificate.

Solid knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

Fast, efficient, and reliable in high-pressure situations.

Strong team spirit and customer service mindset.

Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills.
