Hyatt is hiring a Commis Chef to join its culinary team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a passion for hospitality and 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant. The successful candidate will prepare high-quality food, maintain hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, all while delivering courteous and professional service in line with Hyatt International standards.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare consistent, high-quality food products.
– Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
– Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily kitchen operations.
– Take full responsibility for your assigned section and tasks.
– Deliver courteous, professional, and flexible service aligned with the outlet’s concept.
Requirements:
– Experience:
– Minimum 1 year as a Commis Chef, or
– 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
– Skills:
– Basic culinary skills
– Good hygiene knowledge
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
