Atlantis Resorts is seeking a Commis Chef 3 to join the professional kitchen team at Bread Street Kitchen. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience, eager to develop their culinary skills under award-winning chefs. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, contributing to the preparation of world-class cuisine while learning and growing within a structured career path.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations across various culinary stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to ensure consistency.
• Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen, serving up to 6000 guests per day.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Demonstrate a passion for food and a willingness to learn in a disciplined environment.
• Progress through structured promotions from Commis Chef Grade 3 to Grade 2 and Grade 1.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
