Located on the iconic Palm Island, Atlantis, The Palm offers unforgettable experiences through its commitment to culinary excellence, adventure, and guest satisfaction.

As a Commis 2, you will support the kitchen operations by preparing food to the highest standards. This role is perfect for candidates who already have foundational culinary skills and are looking to grow under the mentorship of award-winning chefs in a fast-paced and professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen at all times.

• Organize workstations, manage ingredients and supplies, and support senior chefs during busy meal periods.

• Contribute to menu development and daily kitchen operations as required.

• Uphold the quality, presentation, and taste of all food served at Splashers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.

• Passionate about the culinary arts and eager to grow professionally.
