Atlantis Resorts is looking for Commis 1 to join their professional kitchen team at Atlantis Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations under the supervision of senior chefs.

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

• Support the culinary team in all aspects of food preparation and service.

• Learn and develop culinary skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar kitchen role, preferably in an international luxury hotel.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
