Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Iris House Properties. The specialist will be responsible for:

• Representing buyers, tenants, landlords, and investors in commercial real estate transactions
• Sourcing listings and building relationships with landlords and developers
• Handling corporate clients and tailoring property solutions to their business needs
• Staying informed on Dubai’s zoning laws, permits, and commercial trends
• Closing high-value deals in offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial buildings

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in Dubai real estate (commercial preferred)
• OR strong fresher with understanding of B2B sales and interest in commercial property
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Business-focused mindset, motivated by high-value deals
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus)
