Humind.ai, a forward-thinking real estate firm based in Dubai, is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker – Spanish Speaker to join its professional team. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for a highly experienced and results-driven individual with a strong background in commercial property sales and leasing. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in Dubai’s commercial real estate sector, with a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and strategic deal-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients for leasing and sales of commercial properties such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

• Develop and implement sales strategies specifically aimed at corporate clients, business owners, and investors.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with decision-makers in key industries including hospitality, MICE, and corporate sectors.

• Conduct market research to evaluate property values, trends, and potential investment opportunities.

• Negotiate and close high-value commercial real estate deals with precision and professionalism.

• Provide consultation services and manage client property portfolios to ensure optimal satisfaction.

• Collaborate with legal, financial, and marketing teams to streamline and facilitate property transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai’s commercial real estate market.

• Strong sales management background, especially in sectors like Al Futtaim, Emaar, Dubai Holding, and facility management companies.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.

• Strong industry network and proven ability to build and maintain high-level business relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain one.

• Existing commercial property listings.

• Deep understanding of Dubai’s property laws and regulations.

• Possession of a UAE driving license and personal vehicle is preferred.
