Key Responsibilities:

Property Acquisition & Listing:
Identify and secure new commercial property listings to enhance the company’s portfolio and market presence. -
Client Consultation:
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements related to commercial real estate transactions. -
Property Showings:
Conduct property viewings and present opportunities that align with client needs, business objectives, and investment goals. -
Negotiation:
Negotiate favorable lease and sale agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. -
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends, development projects, and regulatory changes affecting Dubai’s commercial real estate landscape. -
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals. -
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare detailed market analysis reports and sales proposals to assist clients in their decision-making process. -
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure listed properties are effectively promoted through various channels. -
Compliance:
Ensure all transactions are in compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations and industry ethical standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or in a similar role in the real estate industry. -
Market Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Dubai’s commercial property market and regulatory environment is preferred. -
Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage. -
Certifications:
Certificate of Education and a valid driving license. -
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with real estate software and technology.
