Siemens Energy is seeking a Commercial Project Manager for its Controls and Digitalization division. This role involves overseeing high-profile projects for major clients like DEWA and ADNOC, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. The role includes financial oversight, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial management of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines

Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing

Identify and mitigate project risks with effective risk management strategies

Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with contracts, legal requirements, and manage disputes

Drive process improvements and enhance department collaboration
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration; advanced degrees or certifications a plus

5+ years of experience in commercial project management

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and financial analysis

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency a plus)

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with financial data interpretation

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
