Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and oversee all sales, marketing, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans, driving revenue, and fostering long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share, enhance brand visibility, and maximize profitability.

Sales & Business Growth – Identify new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

Client Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term collaboration and business expansion.

Market Analysis & Development – Monitor industry trends, analyze market data, and develop competitive pricing and product strategies.

Financial & Budget Oversight – Manage commercial budgets, cost structures, and revenue forecasts to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.

Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align commercial objectives with company goals.

Performance Optimization – Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Proven track record in commercial management, preferably in chemicals manufacturing, FMCG, or retail & wholesale sectors.
