About the Role:
As a Commercial Manager, you will oversee pricing, costing, and financial strategies for PwC’s Managed Services offerings. You will play a key role in contract compliance, financial planning, and business intelligence, ensuring that pricing models are competitive and aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Pricing Strategy:

Lead pricing and costing exercises for Managed Services propositions in alignment with PwC policies.

Develop business plans, financial models, and pricing scenarios to support decision-making.

Provide financial insights and analysis to senior leadership for strategic planning.

Contract & Risk Management:
-
Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Identify and mitigate potential risks in commercial contracts.

Support contract negotiations with benchmarking and financial insights.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Guide financial allocations for Managed Services investments.

Conduct KPI variance analysis, budget reviews, and forecasting.

Liaise with the Management Information (MI) team to align financial reporting and automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Intelligence:

Work closely with solution leads, SMEs, and technical teams to refine financial strategies.

Support automation initiatives for business intelligence and reporting.

Develop and maintain financial planning tools and templates for streamlined operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

6+ years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, or financial strategy in a leading firm.

Technical & Functional Expertise:

Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and Power BI skills.

Strong understanding of contract compliance, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead pricing strategy discussions with senior executives.

Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
