Iris House Properties is looking for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Manager to lead the development of its commercial real estate division in Dubai. This role is more than a job—it’s a mission to shape one of Dubai’s most dynamic property teams. The successful candidate will have full autonomy to build and lead a high-performing commercial team and be a key figure in expanding the company’s commercial footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and train a commercial real estate team from scratch.

• Close major leasing and investment deals with high-value clients and landlords.

• Develop and execute commercial division strategies, KPIs, and operational goals.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from listing to negotiation and market positioning.

• Establish and nurture key partnerships with developers, landlords, and investors.

• Represent the commercial branch of Iris House Properties as a leadership voice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s commercial real estate market.

• Proven leadership and team-building experience.

• Strong network and deep knowledge of the commercial property sector in Dubai.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

• Confident in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Educational background in Business, Real Estate, or similar.
