Key Responsibilities

Drive the organization’s commercial strategy to optimize profitability and increase market share

Manage and nurture key client relationships and lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms

Monitor and analyze financial performance, pricing models, and profit margins across projects

Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of business goals

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and business risks

Oversee the complete bid management and proposal process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions

Evaluate, mitigate, and manage commercial risks in partnership contracts and agreements

Develop and support forecasting, budgeting, and regular commercial performance reports

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial management, business strategy, or finance

Strong expertise in negotiation, contract management, and client engagement

Proven financial acumen in revenue analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning

Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and commercial reporting platforms
