Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive profitability, manage key client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams across sales, finance, and operations. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional with a strong background in financial planning, negotiation, and contract management, looking to make a high-impact contribution within a fast-paced business environment in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the organization’s commercial strategy to optimize profitability and increase market share

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships and lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, pricing models, and profit margins across projects

  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of business goals

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and business risks

  • Oversee the complete bid management and proposal process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions

  • Evaluate, mitigate, and manage commercial risks in partnership contracts and agreements

  • Develop and support forecasting, budgeting, and regular commercial performance reports

  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth

  • Review and approve commercial terms in client proposals, tenders, and partnership agreements


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial management, business strategy, or finance

  • Strong expertise in negotiation, contract management, and client engagement

  • Proven financial acumen in revenue analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning

  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and commercial reporting platforms

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
