The Commercial Lead will play a key role in the Middle East Growth Organization, working with the AI Client Engagement Team. This senior-level role involves engaging with prospective clients, partners, and sales teams for complex AI opportunities and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). The Commercial Lead will be responsible for preparing pricing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive IT transformation projects, ensuring that customer needs are met while aligning with Insight’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements, focusing on AI opportunities and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

Prepare and negotiate contract terms, pricing models, and commercial proposals.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, partners, and sales teams.

Drive client-first mentality, ensuring that Insight’s technology and business value address client needs.

Predict long-term market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Communicate complex ideas in simple terms to a commercial audience.

Act as a liaison between the client, partners, and Insight’s corporate team.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience in a senior commercial role.

Strong executive presence and the ability to engage with large enterprise clients.

Proven experience in IT transformation projects, including pre-sales, consulting, and IT services.

High degree of business acumen, including pricing and contracting knowledge.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience in the AI and technology sector preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
