Deliveroo is looking for a Commercial Support Intern to join our team in Dubai. Job Responsibilities:

• Support the SMB (Small and Medium Business) Team Lead with data clean-up tasks and improvements to partner account information

• Work with large datasets in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to enhance data quality

• Conduct partner-facing cold calls related to commercial needs such as promotions and operational metrics

• Perform data entry tasks including inputting, updating, and validating records in internal systems

• Assist the commercial team with ad-hoc projects focused on productivity improvements, data enrichment, and enhancing customer experience

Requirements:

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate

• Available for a minimum of 3 months

• Monthly compensation: AED 1,000

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Strong analytical abilities with a basic understanding of data manipulation using formulas

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
