Job Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner
Job Description:

As part of the Sales Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving performance, enabling strategic decision-making, and shaping commercial success across some of our most dynamic markets: Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA).
We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner who is analytical, collaborative, and passionate about innovation. You’ll work closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to support financial planning, drive strategic initiatives, and improve commercial outcomes. With around 150 team members in 12 locations, the Sales Finance team operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and impact.
This is a unique opportunity to help scale Apple’s presence in high-growth markets, translating data into actionable insights and driving the adoption of Apple’s commercial strategies across the channel.
Key Responsibilities:

Build a deep understanding of regional business drivers to influence planning and operational execution.

Partner with sales teams to drive performance across target setting, account planning, demand generation, and channel development.

Identify and solve complex regional business challenges, ensuring alignment with Apple’s commercial playbook.

Prepare and present strategic financial analysis to support high-impact decision-making.

Support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving growth, compliance, and ROI.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity, influence, and alignment on financial goals.

Uphold integrity, attention to detail, and compliance with Apple’s high standards of control and transparency.
Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Strong ability to influence, challenge, and support stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Solid understanding of business models and how they apply in varying market conditions.

Background in Finance with strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in driving value creation, performance enhancement, and strategic change.

Accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a strong advantage.
