The company specializes in refining, recycling, and purifying processes across industries such as water purification, clean energy, food production, and waste processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage Alfa Laval’s awareness-to-lead-to-order process.

Act as the local ambassador for CRM-related topics and data quality initiatives.

Develop and execute commercial strategies based on customer data insights.

Lead customer experience efforts and integrate them into cluster strategy.
-
Plan and execute commercial support activities aligned with the marketing plan.
-
Drive key CRM processes including lead, opportunity, contact, and account management.
-
Ensure continuous progress on data quality improvements.
-
Champion customer segmentation and experience enhancement initiatives.
-
Lead commercial excellence activities across the cluster and contribute to global initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
8-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, and commercial excellence.

Strong knowledge of IT ecosystems (CRM, ERP).
-
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
-
Proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
-
Experience in customer journey management, funnel management, and customer segmentation.
