• haus & haus, an award-winning real estate agency in Dubai, is looking for a Commercial Consultant to join its esteemed Commercial team. The role involves identifying and securing investment opportunities, advertising rental properties, liaising with clients to meet their rental requirements, and ensuring all lease/sale agreements and documents are prepared and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Opportunities: Secure prime investment opportunities for purchasing or leasing ready properties.

• Property Rentals: Advertise rental properties, fill vacancies, and ensure properties are occupied in a timely manner.

• Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to identify and meet their rental requirements.

• Lease/Sales Agreements: Prepare lease and sales agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

• Database Management: Follow up on paperwork and maintain accurate records for database entries.
