CRC is seeking a Commercial Consultant to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice in the commercial real estate sector, covering office spaces, retail properties, industrial units, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients in the commercial real estate sector, including office spaces, retail properties, industrial units, and mixed-use developments.

• Engage with stakeholders such as investors, business owners, developers, and tenants to understand their needs and deliver customized real estate solutions.

• Drive sales efforts with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets in a commission-based structure.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proactive with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and discipline.

• Sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed targets (commercial experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• A valid UAE Driving License (or the ability to convert it) is mandatory.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus).
