The College Coordinator will support the administrative functions of the College of Law, facilitating communication between faculty, students, and external stakeholders. The role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who is bilingual (English/Arabic) to ensure effective engagement with diverse audiences.
Salary Range: AED 5,000 (subject to experience) with additional benefits
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students within the college.

Handle incoming visitors and phone calls, responding to requests promptly.

Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the college.

Explain programs and services, and advise faculty and staff on college policies and procedures.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Assist new students with admission and registration-related interviews.
-
Arrange required facilities and support for indoor and outdoor college activities.

Manage student and faculty records, ensuring strict confidentiality.

Handle final grade handover and incomplete exams.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all attendees are notified.

Attend meetings, distribute agendas, take minutes, and share them with participants.

Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Manage the shared folder and workspaces for the college.

Perform other tasks as instructed by the Dean.
Qualifications & Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Experience in academic administration or a similar role is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills / Training / Knowledge:

Knowledge of legal education and administrative processes in a college setting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
