Collection Officer – Shipping Industry (Full-Time, Dubai)

We are hiring an experienced Collection Officer for a Dubai-based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, reconciliation, and financial record-keeping within a corporate finance setting. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage overdue accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Review company debtor lists and process account reconciliation.
✅ Contact customers regarding overdue payments, providing payment options and solutions.
✅ Negotiate payment plans and issue final notice warnings when required.
✅ Update customer payment records and ensure accurate reporting.
✅ Prepare financial statements for banks and relevant credit authorities.

Requirements

🎯 Open to Asian and CIS nationals.
🎯 Age 28-40 years old.
🎯 Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on collections and reconciliation.
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
🎯 Strong understanding of the debtor reconciliation process.

Salary & Benefits

💰 AED 9,000 – 11,000 per month (all-inclusive).
