Growpium is expanding its team and hiring Cold Callers on a revenue share/commission-only model. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy sales, cold calling, and connecting with real estate advisors. Growpium provides a Done-For-You System designed for real estate advisors to generate leads, automate follow-ups, and close more deals. As a Cold Caller, you’ll play a crucial role in booking qualified appointments and driving revenue, with no fixed salary but unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to real estate advisors and potential clients.

Present Growpium’s Done-For-You system clearly and persuasively.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow scripts while also using sales creativity to engage prospects.

Track calls, leads, and conversions consistently.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Excellent English communication skills with confidence and fluency.

Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with commission-only roles.

Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, and communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype).
