• Salary: Up to AED 4,000 (All-Inclusive)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Train and monitor baristas and wait staff to deliver consistently high-quality service

• Oversee preparation of coffee, beverages, and café items to ensure premium taste and presentation

• Maintain proper inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, condiments, and equipment

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee station and dining area

• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally

✅ Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationalities

• Aged 40 years or below

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a café or coffee shop (home country experience accepted)

• Currently based in the UAE

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for coffee and excellent customer service
