Role Overview

Are you a skilled software engineer who wants to shape the future of AI? This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity to contribute to the training of generative AI systems. Flexible hours mean you can work on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and answer coding-related questions in Arabic to guide AI training.

• Evaluate, review, and rank code generated by AI models.

• Collaborate in improving the performance of large language models in software development tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science from a selective institution.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, Verilog.

• Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to express technical concepts clearly.

• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

Compensation

• Pay range: $25–$50 USD/hour for core project work.

• Rates vary based on experience, skills evaluation, project scope, and location.

• Lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core tasks. Incentives may be available on specific projects.
