The company is looking for a visionary Emirati Co-Founder to spearhead and co-lead its UAE operations. This hybrid, full-time leadership role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals, aligning with the organization’s commitment to Emiratization and local partnership growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the strategic development and execution of QHSSE PLATFORM’s UAE expansion.

• Serve as the local face of the company, representing it to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders across industries.

• Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and tendering efforts.

• Oversee local delivery of comprehensive HSE compliance programs, ESG advisory, and digital learning solutions.

• Build and manage a high-performing team in the UAE with regional HQ support.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and standards.

• Participate in investor discussions, board meetings, and strategic planning.

• Champion QHSSE PLATFORM’s brand as a thought leader and innovation ambassador in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National (Emirati passport holder).

• Proven leadership experience (e.g., Chairman, CEO, GM, or VP roles).

• Background in HSE, ESG, consulting, or digital learning technologies.

• Strong local network within UAE government and enterprise sectors.

• Experience in business setup and enterprise partnership development.

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Residing in the UAE or willing to work full-time from the UAE.
