QHSSE PLATFORM, the MEA region’s first integrated HSE & ESG-Tech consultancy and training firm, is expanding into the UAE and seeking a visionary Emirati Co-Founder to spearhead its growth. With expertise in AI, VR, AR, XR, IoT, and LMS-powered solutions, QHSSE PLATFORM partners with industries like oil & gas, government, banking, industrial, and construction.

This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and offers a unique opportunity to co-lead a fast-growing firm, shape strategy, build partnerships, and represent the brand at a national level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QHSSE PLATFORM’s UAE expansion strategy and execution.

• Represent the brand with clients, regulators, and key partners across multiple industries.

• Drive business development, tendering, and strategic partnerships.

• Oversee delivery of ESG advisory, 360° HSE compliance programs, and digital learning solutions.

• Build and manage a high-performing UAE team with support from the regional HQ.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in board meetings, investor pitches, and strategic leadership discussions.

• Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador within the UAE.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati passport holder) – mandatory.

• Proven leadership experience (Chairman, CEO, GM, VP, or similar senior role).

• Strong background in HSE, ESG, consulting, or digital training/learning technologies.

• Investor-minded professionals are also welcome.

• Well-connected within UAE government, enterprise, and regulatory sectors.

• Experience in business setup, scaling, or managing enterprise partnerships.

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus).

• Residing in the UAE and available for full-time leadership.
