The Role:

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Strategic Partner to lead and co-develop our entry and growth in the UAE and MENA region. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary entrepreneur or seasoned industry expert to shape a high-end cultural fashion brand at the intersection of heritage and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Investment Participation:

• If the co-founder is also willing to act as a strategic investor, this will be a significant advantage.
• We are currently seeking to raise $500,000+ to scale ORENSHAL Heritage across key MENA markets.
• The ideal partner will not only drive market development but co-invest in the brand’s future and share in its long-term growth.

Strategic Expansion:

• Co-develop go-to-market strategy and 3-year roadmap for the UAE and MENA markets.
• Identify key luxury retail locations and potential partnerships in Dubai (multi-brand boutiques, flagship malls, hotel collaborations).

Business Development & Market Entry:

• Facilitate connections with leading buyers, concept stores, and fashion retail experts.
• Build B2B and B2C partnerships within the luxury ecosystem (fashion weeks, museums, culture councils, hotel boutiques, heritage brands).

Retail & Operational Setup:

• Co-design boutique concepts (interior, layout, sensory merchandising), using insights from neuromarketing and behavioral psychology.
• Oversee local hiring, legal structure, and operational setup for UAE presence.

Who We Are Looking For:

✔️ Deep experience in luxury retail, fashion entrepreneurship, or cultural industries in the MENA region.
✔️ Strong regional network (retail operators, investors, designers, curators, malls, hospitality).
✔️ Visionary mindset with business acumen and operational grit.
✔️ Passion for heritage, slow fashion, and high-quality design.
✔️ Ideally based in Dubai (or ready to relocate); fluency in English required, Arabic a strong plus.
