This is a full-time, hybrid, equity-based startup opportunity—not a salaried role. You’ll receive strategic backing, seed capital, and mentorship to build a world-class firm tailored to the region’s growing demand for agile, client-centric financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale a boutique financial services firm in Dubai
• Offer services such as wealth management, investment advisory, estate planning, and family office solutions
• Structure cross-border, tax-efficient portfolios for UHNW clients and entrepreneurs
• Provide capital raising advisory and access to private markets (VC, PE, real assets)
• Build a high-performing team and lead business development efforts
• Collaborate with Hamilton Bradshaw’s leadership on strategy, branding, and market entry

Qualifications:

• Based in Dubai with deep knowledge of the UAE financial and regulatory landscape
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment consulting
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, CAIA, or CPA
• Proven leadership in financial institutions, Big Four, or boutique advisory firms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client network and business vision
