Kitchain is on a mission to reshape the food delivery ecosystem. We’re building a B2B platform that empowers delivery-first food brands to scale efficiently through underutilized kitchen infrastructure. Now, we’re looking for a Co-Founder / Head of Sales & Business Development to take ownership of our commercial strategy and lead expansion across MENA and the UK.
This is more than a job—it’s an equity-based co-founder opportunity for someone ready to build fast, think big, and own the growth engine of a promising FoodTech SaaS venture.
What You’ll Own:

Lead sales, partnerships, and deal structuring across F&B brands and kitchen operators

Develop and scale revenue streams through strategic B2B partnerships

Drive market expansion in UAE, MENA, and potentially UK markets

Represent Kitchain in investor meetings, trade shows, and pitch opportunities

Build and lead a sales team as traction scales
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has deep experience in F&B, franchising, or cloud/dark kitchens

Is a deal closer — understands B2B sales cycles and relationship building

Brings a strong network of delivery brands, franchise owners, or kitchen operators
-
Has a startup mindset and thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
-
Ideally based in Dubai and familiar with regional market dynamics

Is comfortable taking full ownership of the commercial function
