As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Emireq’s strategy, operations, and growth, committing part-time hours while owning a significant equity stake in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the company’s mission, vision, and growth strategy.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee key functions such as product, technology, marketing, and finance.

• Ethical Governance: Embed transparency and integrity across decision-making processes.

• Investor & Partner Relations: Build strong partnerships and represent Emireq in strategic meetings.

• Innovation & Market Positioning: Identify opportunities in fintech, tokenization, and digital assets.

Requirements:

• GCC National (mandatory)

• Proven C-Suite or senior executive experience, preferably in fintech, technology, or marketplaces.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and ethical business practices.
