The company is seeking a Co-Founder with expertise in business development, trade, finance, supply chain, or technology-driven commerce to help shape its growth strategy. This role is open to active and passive investors who share the vision of reshaping global trade through AI, blockchain, and embedded finance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market and partnership strategies
• Support early-stage market entry and user acquisition
• Provide domain expertise, capital (if passive), and strategic connections
• Co-own the vision and expansion of TradX

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in B2B business development, trade, fintech, or supply chain
• Strong network in import/export, manufacturing, or financial services
• Ability to attract early partnerships, alliances, and users
• Investor mindset with interest in long-term equity value creation
• Interest or experience in Web3/blockchain is a plus
