Cranleigh Abu Dhabi seeks a passionate and dynamic Co-Curricular Coordinator to lead and elevate its vibrant extracurricular programme. Based on Saadiyat Island, this full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a professional who believes in the holistic development of students and has a strong background in enrichment activities such as sports, arts, or clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the school’s diverse co-curricular programme across all year groups.

• Liaise with academic and specialist departments to develop and schedule extracurricular offerings.

• Manage student sign-ups, attendance tracking, and overall logistics for clubs, events, and activities.

• Promote participation in external competitions and events (e.g. debating, Model UN, sports tournaments, music festivals).

• Develop partnerships with local institutions (e.g. NYUAD, Louvre Abu Dhabi) to expand learning beyond the classroom.

• Collaborate with staff to ensure co-curricular offerings align with the school’s ethos and values.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the co-curricular programme and report to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, management, or a related field.

• Experience coordinating extracurricular, enrichment, or student-life programmes in a school environment.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Passion for student development and holistic education.

• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and external partners.

• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection protocols.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience working in a British or international school setting.

• Involvement in student mentorship or leadership training programmes.

• Ability to lead specific extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, performing arts, community service).
