We are currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the UAE courier and cargo market to lead business development, manage key accounts, and help scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in courier, cargo, and logistics sectors

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and business goals

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients

• Provide timely feedback, reports, and market insights to senior management

• Represent the brand professionally in client meetings and industry events

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience in courier, cargo, logistics, or freight industry

• Previous UAE experience is a must, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and a solid industry network

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license

• Strong track record in generating new business, closing deals, and account management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred
