Job Title: CNC Programmer & Machine Operator 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled CNC Programmer & Machine Operator with hands-on expertise in operating and programming a variety of CNC machines including CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO2 Laser, and QR Code Marking Machines. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both 2D and 3D design work and capable of using leading design and CNC software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC machines including CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO2 Laser, and QR Code marking machines

• Create and execute 2D and 3D designs for machining tasks using industry-standard software

• Work with software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW for designing and toolpath creation

• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of all CNC machining operations

• Maintain machines and tools in optimal working condition

• Interpret technical drawings and translate them into precise machine operations

• Optimize machine settings and tool paths for efficient production

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in ArtCAM, Aspire, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW

• Strong experience in 3D and 2D design work

• Good hands-on experience with CNC machine operations

• Ability to handle multiple CNC machine types

• High attention to detail, precision, and safety

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot machine or software issues
